Our Training Programs

We have 3 Training Groups that caters to 3 different age categories of players.
We have UNDER-10, UNDER-13 and UNDER-16 age groups. Each have different approaches specifically targetted at that particular age group.
We have the following training modules for the UNDER-10 age group trainees:
  • Basic Coordination Training
  • Basic Agility Training
  • Basic Balance Training
  • Basic Football SkillsTraining
For the UNDER 13s, we have the following training modules:
  • Intermediate Coordination Training
  • Intermediate Agility Training
  • Intermediate Balance Training
  • Intermediate Speed Training
  • Intermediate Football SkillsTraining
And for the UNDER-16 age group, we have a more advanced training regimen which includes:
  • Advanced Coordination Training
  • Advanced Agility Training
  • Advanced Balance Training
  • Advanced Speed Training
  • Advanced Football SkillsTraining
All these training modules are designed to bring out the best in our young trainees at each age group level. We pride ourselves on our focus on building up young football champions.
